We offer a Baratza grinder repair program so you can get back to making great coffee. This service is also if you want to upgrade your grinder to the latest components.
Our repair includes:
- A shipping label via email to send the grinder into us (UK customers)
- Diagnosis of problems
- Replacement worn/broken parts as needed (except burrs)
- Cleaning
- Recalibration
- Testing
- Shipping to us

- 3 Months Warranty
If you would like your burrs replaced, purchase the burrs at the same time as this service.
Once we have received your order we will email you a shippng label to send the grinder in to us.
Please send your grinder in without the hopper or bin.
Make sure the grinder is well packaged. Don’t use loose fill peanuts, they are not secure enough.
Please remember to include your Name and Order/Reference Number with the grinder.
